All drivers must obtain a certification of a safety and defensive driving program and are USDOT Qualified. We are fully insured and licensed by the State of Arizona and the City of Phoenix and permitted to do business on the grounds of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

*Limited parking at our terminal is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Prescott Transit Authority is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Our Guarantee
IF YOU MISS YOUR SHUTTLE Prescott Transit Authority will not leave you stranded at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We will either accommodate you in our next available airport shuttle or credit your ticket towards another shuttle trip. Unused tickets can be used by any family member for a period of 12 months.
We do our very best to accommodate every traveler, but cannot guarantee availability of shuttle for “last-minute” travels or during peak seasons, such as holidays. So we recommend you make your shuttle reservations as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Refund Policy
Shuttle tickets are non-refundable, but re-useable. Tickets may be used, for the price originally paid, at any time by any immediate family member of the purchaser, with-in 1 year of purchase. For the safety and comfort of our other passengers, we reserve the right to deny boarding to unruly and/ or inebriated passengers.
Prices are subject to change without notice, due to fluctuating fuel prices beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for unforeseen delays such as traffic accidents, and other road conditions.
Please schedule accordingly. Total one-way travel time on shuttle is approximately two (2) hours.
