Applies to all Driving Positions
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have an acceptable five-year motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • No DUI or DWI within the last five years
  • No chargeable accidents in the last 39 months
  • Clean Drug and alcohol screen
  • Road test in applicable vehicle
  • Good background check
  • A neat and professional appearance
  • Friendly smile and a customer first attitude

Background Checks and Drug Screens to be Completed after successful road test.

Training provided - Including but not limited to Safety Course, Defensive Driving Course, Safety & Sensitivity for Physically challenged, CPR, & First Aid.

Bring in your five-year MVD report to Prescott Transit Authority at 820 E. Sheldon Street.

We will provide or assist with the following required training:

  • Disability training for load/unload, securement and sensitivity.
  • Defensive Driver, Safety course, First Aid/CPR, and equipment operations.

Sedan/Van Driver:

  • Able to read a map efficiently
  • Know the Quad-City area
  • Motivated to succeed in business as an Independent Contractor / be your own boss.

Coach / Bus Driver:

  • Know the Prescott to Phoenix route and the Phoenix Airport.
  • DOT physical and FBI background check.
  • Airport License to operate at Sky Harbor.
  • Basics of operating a coach.
  • Be able to provide equal services to all populations regardless of Race, National Origin, Color, Sex, Age or Disability.

Limousine/Chauffer:

  • Know the Prescott to Phoenix route and the Phoenix Airport.
  • Black suit and tie.
  • Successful completion of our Chauffeurs Course.
  • Humility and a Servants heart or disposition.

What it takes to be a Customer Service Representative:

  • Must type at least 30 wpm
  • Need to know the Quad-City area
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast past environment
  • Must be able to read and respond to driver messages through our dispatch system
  • Accurately assist customers on the phone
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, safety, planning, and organization
  • Understand telephone functions and answer calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Prior customer service experience and/or leadership responsibility a plus
  • Use two way radios
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Be able to provide equal services to all populations regardless of Race, National Origin, Color, Sex, Age or Disability.
